An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of FP&A to join a growing organisation based in Mayo. This is a newly created strategic role offering significant scope and visibility.
The Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving business insights and supporting the executive team with data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycle
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models
- Deliver meaningful management reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with commercial teams to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and mentor a small FP&A team
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in a multinational environment
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
